Halloween Glitters freebie!

Hi Hi! Wow, it's been just over a month since I posted last. Bad blogger! Well, ya know how people get busy...

Anywho, I haven't been able to squeeze in any creating time (obviously lol) but I feel bad that I haven't posted anything in so long, so I have a goodie for ya... and yes, it's MORE glitters... lol. I feel like I've bec
ome the Glitter Queen.. heh. But Halloween's just around the corner so I've got some Halloweenie colored glitters for your creative or personal use :) My previous glitters seem to have been a big hit, so I'm hoping y'all will like these just as much and will find a use for them :) I've asked before that if you use them you link me up so I can see what y'all are doing with them, but no one's linked me yet :( Please do!

I wanted to thank those of you that left comments for me.. I do appreciate it :) And I wanted to address a couple of comments that were left:

From a prior post,
Claudya asked if I used PSP or Photoshop. Well, Ms. Claudya, I kinda use a combination of both, only because I'm not that proficient in Photoshop yet. However, I do include both PS styles and png files in my zips, so you can use my glitters in either program :)

Next up, Carole aka calm and Carola -- thank you girls for your nice comments about my blog :) I try to keep it pretty "clean" because I know I've had difficulty on other blogs trying to find a link or whatever it is I'm looking for. Sometimes they're so saturated with blinkies I darn near have a seizure! lol.. And I know it's frustrating when people ask you to leave comments and then you can't because you don't have a blog. I do have a blog but most times am too lazy to sign in just to leave a comment, so I don't leave one. Perhaps that's rude, but I've been called worse :/ And Carole, you're right, you never can be 100% sure you're using CU stuff the way you're supposed to, but all you can do is do your best and hope the pirate police don't get ya.. lol

LucindaJ -- yes, you can use my stuff for free kits :)

And lastly, thank you to Sallye and
Jane Blogs for getting on board my rant train.. lol. Yes, it can all be very confusing and most frustrating when you find a CU item you like, download it, and then find out it's not really CU.. or at least not the CU meaning you understand. But what can ya do, eh? People put their own restrictions on their own work and you can't really get on their case about it.. because it's their work. I'm sure someone out there is complaining about my TOUs as well.. lol.

Alrighty folks, back to the ol' grind for me. I promise I'll TRY to have some stuffies up for you on a more regular basis, and maybe even something besides glitters.. lol. Have a good one, y'all!

Autumn Rainbow Glitters freebie!

Today I have some autumn-themed glitters for your CU/PU needs! Consider it a bit of a peace offering since I STILL haven't worked on that kit I mentioned a few posts back. I'm finding very little time for any PS/PSP lately, and I've also run into a snag that I find a bit disconcerting. Why is it people offer FREE CU items, and then stipulate in their terms of use that you're not to make "free kits" with their CU stuff? I mean, you're giving away the CU item, why can't I give away my kit? That is part of the reason I haven't gotten any further along on that Coraline kit :( It makes absolutely no sense to me, so if anyone out there knows the reason for this, please enlighten me.. lol.

Anyway, now that I've ended that rant... *ahem*... you can download the glitters below. Enjoy :)

Doh! - A Missing Letter

Well folks, it would appear that even after all of my many trips around the sun, I still don't know my alphabet. It was nicely pointed out to me that I left out the "W" in my Robin's Eggs alpha zip.. lol. So without further ado, you can grab it up at the link below and then you'll really have the whole alphabet. Sorry for the extra work :(

Coraline Glitters Freebie

Remember that color palette I showed ya in my last post? Well, I haven't had a whole lot of time lately to work on it, but I've decided to name the kit "Coraline" when it's done, and in the meantime I have some glitters that will match it :) I know it's kinda bass-ackwards, but I haven't posted in a while and I just whipped these out this morning, so I figured what the heck.. lol. Once again, there's a PS style set and png files included in the zip. These are ok for CU as well, so knock yourselves out :P If you use 'em, link me up!

Robin's Eggs Alpha freebie

As promised, I have an alpha for you :) This coordinates with my Robin's Eggs kit. I gotta say, though, that I'm rather sick of typing "Robin's Eggs" and tired of looking at the same colors, so I'm going to skip doing that second alpha. I'm sure you all won't be terribly saddened.. lol. I have picked a palette for my next kit, and here's what I've come up with:

So be on the lookout for that soon!

You can grab the alpha here:

Robin's Eggs Coordinating Glitters

Wooo look at me go! After much trial and error (and swearing and hair-pulling and yelling at hubby to leave me alone! lol), I have made my very first set of glitters! These colors coordinate with my Robin's Eggs tagger's kit :) There are 6 seamless png files (for Paint Shop, etc.) and one Photoshop style set included in the zip. Enjoy!

P.S. I may have an alpha (or two!) in the works to coordinate with this kit. After that I'll have to start something new or y'all will get sick of the same ol' same ol'.. lol

Lata!

Robin's Eggs

I finally finished my first kit! Woot! Before you download and ask me where the robin's eggs are (lol), I chose that name because that's kind of the color theme I was going for ... robin's egg blue with some "nesty" colors and greenery thrown in :) Now that I think about it, I should have put some eggs in there! Ya know, though, one could really get carried away adding more and more stuff to a kit. I started out making a full-sized kit and was only about a third of the way finished with it when I realized I was already up to over 150 MB! So yeah, it's now tagger size ... lol.

At any rate, I do hope you'll enjoy it! Please link me up if you use it for something so I can get a big ol' cheesy grin :D And of course feedback is appreciated, since it is my very first ;) But be nice! lol
